Office Administrator & Appliance Technician
Bryan/College Station, Texas
We are a locally owned and trusted appliance repair company serving the Bryan/College Station community. Our team prides itself on reliable service, integrity, and helping families keep their home appliances running smoothly. As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in two key roles.
Office Administrator
Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday
What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly first point of contact for customers (phone, email, and scheduling).
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling service appointments, updating reports, coordinating technician routes, and assisting customers with their accounts.
- Track and update work orders, invoices, and payments.
- Assist with parts ordering and maintaining records for inventory management.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems with light bookkeeping.
- Keep the office running smoothly with a positive and organized approach.
- Help coordinate marketing and social media updates in partnership with our local marketing team.
- Ensure the office environment stays organized, friendly, and professional.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience is a plus.
- Experience in scheduling, bookkeeping, or office management preferred.
- Ability to work independently at times and as part of a small team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and support the team.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Additional Details:
- This position will begin with a probationary period.
- During probation, company benefits are not offered.

Appliance Technician
Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday | Company Vehicle & Tools Provided
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, etc.).
- Communicate clearly with customers about issues and repair options.
- Keep accurate service records and maintain parts inventory.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity on every call.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous appliance repair experience is highly preferred but not required. Training is available for candidates with strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift/move appliances safely with proper equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certifications.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Additional Details:
- This position will begin with a probationary period.
- During probation, company benefits are not offered.
- Technicians will not be assigned independent service routes until proven ready and approved by the owner.
